By using Jouer Malin Pro, you agree to the terms below. They're short because the site is simple: there are no accounts, no payments and no user-submitted content.

1. Use of the site

The site is offered free of charge, for entertainment. You can play as much as you like, on as many devices as you like. We only ask that you not try to disrupt it for others, and that you not present it as your own.

2. No gambling

None of the four games involves a wager, a prize, a drawing, virtual currency or a purchase. Best scores can't be traded for anything and stay on your device. Under state gambling, sweepstakes and contest laws and the federal Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act (UIGEA), that matters: there is no consideration, no prize, and the outcome depends on skill, so nothing here is gambling, a lottery or a sweepstakes. This site is not a gambling service and isn't a waiting room for one.

3. Intellectual property

The code, the text and the illustrations are ours and remain our property, protected under the U.S. Copyright Act (Title 17 U.S.C.). The grids, boards and layouts are generated by our own algorithms, at the moment you ask for them. You can play and talk about the site freely; you can't republish it as your own work. If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice to the email address in section 8.

4. No affiliation

All four games belong to well-established genres. We name those genres so you know what you're playing, not to imply a connection that doesn't exist.

• Minesweeper is an old genre, popularized by mainstream operating systems. “Minesweeper” is the generic name for it. Our boards are ours, solver included.
• Rush Hour is a registered trademark of ThinkFun. Our game is called Unblock, its boards are generated by our code, and we have no connection with ThinkFun.
• Sudoku is a name popularized by the Japanese publisher Nikoli; the puzzle itself, descended from “Number Place”, is in the public domain. Our grids are generated by our code. No connection with Nikoli.
• Peg solitaire, also known as English peg solitaire, is a traditional public-domain puzzle. No trademark is attached to it.

5. No warranty

The site is provided “as is”. We test it seriously—each game's rules are covered by automated tests—but we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation, the total absence of bugs, or compatibility with every browser past and future.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Since the site is free and collects no personal information, the exposure on both sides is slim.

7. Content kept on your device

Your best scores live in your browser's local storage. Clearing that storage erases them permanently. We keep no copy and therefore can't restore them.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Buffalo, New York. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights you have under the laws of your state of residence.
